No account or payment is required to use these tools. We may add, modify, or remove tools and features at any time without notice.

3. License to Use the Site

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Site and its tools for personal or commercial creative purposes, subject to these Terms. The visual "brat" aesthetic referenced and recreated by our tools is used descriptively, in reference to a publicly recognized cultural trend. BratGen.online is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to Charli XCX, Atlantic Records, or Warner Music Group, and no claim of affiliation is made or implied.

6. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to:

• Use the Site for any unlawful purpose
• Upload or generate content that is defamatory, obscene, harassing, or infringing on the rights of others
• Attempt to scrape, copy, or republish the Site's tools or source code as your own product or service
• Interfere with or disrupt the Site's normal operation, including through automated bots or excessive requests
• Misrepresent generated content as an official product of Charli XCX, Atlantic Records, or any other artist or label
